Spork opened its doors in 2016 with a mission to bring something fresh and exciting to Pittsburgh’s dining scene. From the very beginning, it was clear that Spork wasn’t just another restaurant—it was a concept born out of passion, creativity, and the desire to elevate the dining experience. What started as a tapas restaurant quickly evolved into a dynamic and ever-evolving culinary journey. And now, as we closed Spork’s doors for the final time in September 2024, we reflected on the incredible transformation of our journey and the exciting future ahead with our next venture: One by Spork.
